Upon booking a service or package and submitting payment, you are providing your electronic signature with the full understanding, consent, and agreement that no refunds or chargebacks are allowed and all payments are final and binding. Cancellation Policy: Modifications to date and time are allowed with a minimum of 24 hours notice only and credit may be used toward a future appointment within 60 days from purchase. Cancellations and modifications with less than 24 hours notice will result in time slot and payment forfeited. Late Arrival and No Show Policy: There is a 5 minute grace period per appointment. Clients are considered a "no show" beyond that grace period resulting in time slot and payment forfeited.
